Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They report directly to Parliament and are independent and impartial. Ofsted inspect and regulate services which care for children and young people, and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
Every week, they carry out hundreds of inspections and regulatory visits throughout England, and publish the results on their website. They work with providers who are not yet good, to promote their improvement, monitoring their progress and sharing with them the best practice Ofsted find.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection report, this year, shows that we are a "good" school. The inspectors reported that:
"Keeping children safe takes priority among staff and leaders at the school".
"Pupils are proud to be part of the school. They are polite, respectful and appreciative of how the staff make learning fun and give help when it is needed".
"Pupils and adults say that the school is a happy place to learn, where everyone is valued and listened to".
"I am overwhelmed by the standard of teaching at the school. Leila's report shows just how excellent the teachers and pupils work!"
